Abstract

一种适用于汽车安全气囊的汽车角向碰撞传感器,在外罩顶部中心处固定螺栓,在伸入外罩内的螺栓部分上套有装有微调螺钉的支架,支架下依次连接花瓣碟形弹性元件、悬挂球体和悬挂摆锤,微调螺钉顶在花瓣碟形弹性元件上,悬挂摆锤底部中心处装有电刷,电刷外装有圆环接触器,圆环接触器上连接导线,通过装在外罩上的穿线圈连出外罩,外罩底部装有绝缘座和底板。这种汽车角向碰撞传感器解决目前安全气囊的碰撞传感器由于不适应任何角向性碰撞而存在的技术性缺口问题,使汽车在设定速度以上发生任何角向性碰撞,均能同步有效响应,输出启动信号,无滞后现象,具有结构合理、体积小、成本低、经济效益好、性能可靠、批量生产质量稳定的特点。
The utility model relates to a diagonal collision sensor for a car which is used for a car air bag. A bolt is fixed at the center of the top of a cover. The part of the bolt inserting into the outer cover is sleeved with a bracket which is provided with a micrometric regulating screw. The bracket is sequentially connected with a petal disk type elastic element, a suspended ball and a suspended pendulum. The micrometric regulating screw is pushed on the petal disk type elastic element. The center of the bottom of the suspended pendulum is provided with an electric brush. A round contactor is arranged at the outside of the electric brush, and the round contactor is connected with a lead which is connected with and extents out of the cover through a wire feeding coil positioned on the cover. An insulation seat and a soleplate are arranged on the bottom of the cover. The utility model solves the technical problem that the existing collision sensor of the air bag is not suitable to any diagonal collision, and can respond effectively and synchronously when any diagonal collision occurs at a preset speed so as to input the starting signal without hysteresis. The utility model has the advantages of rational structure, small volume, low cost, good economic benefit, reliable performance, mass production and stable quality.
